Bitter and betrayed, broken but never disbanded, we gave it our all. I was jaded then, and maybe I still am, but will push on.

Missing but mended, some hearts never break.

i’ve seen the stars sparkle for the first time in my life, the warm sun on my skin, the moon has begun to sing his lullaby again. i stare into your eyes & can not see a future without you, lying next to you, holding you close, i pray for the moment to continue forever- those moments are the dearest minutes of my life. i do not find you as a prince charming, or a knight in armor, or find this love as a fairy tale in any manner; i find you to be one of the most beautiful men i’ve come across, perfection in my eyes, intelligence beyond credibility. i find you to be a boy i never would’ve found, never would’ve been interested in- & yet, with all of this, i have loved you from the first day our lips met. you have shown me true happiness, warmth of real love, & beauty of life, once again. simply put, i love you. -by me
